Return Policy

Cancellation

We attach importance to the quality of product and services, so before sending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves.

We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out.

Returns

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s).

If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the items is as expected, but you changed your mind), then you are responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.

In case of a need to return an item, please leave us a message on the Customer Service specifically stating the issue(s) experienced with the item(s).

To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition and with the tags on.

After the arrival of the item(s) at the fulfillment center, We will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved with a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.

After the assessment, a notification email will be sent to the e-mail address used to register the Vayager account.

Please do NOT send item(s) back to the manufacturer without a shipping label provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to the email address used to register the Vayager account.

After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
